What is hot forging parts?
Hot forging requires heating the metal above its recrystallization temperature. This allows the flow stress and energy required to form the metal to be reduced, thereby effectively increasing the production rate (or strain rate). Hot forging helps to make the metal easier to form and less likely to break.
